1. List of item/style #'s from catalog - *** If you cannot find the items your looking for please call or e-mail our team so we can do the searching for you.
2. Approximate quantity of each item (with color and sizes)
3. List placement* - (chest - left or right, full front, full back, sleeve - left or right, etc.)
4. Colors (for screen printing) - how many colors for each print location* (if available please email a copy of the logo or idea)
5. Embroidery - price is based on stitch count - (please email a copy of the logo or idea for estimated number of stitches for pricing and placement* of logo)
